The last 4-5 times we've ordered, the delivery time has been double what it was supposed to be. Once, our order was completely wrong and when we tried to call to get a refund, we could not get through on their phone line all night. It's unfortunate because we love Dominos pizza and this is our closest location, but we are sick of this location's screw-ups.

Wanted a mushroom hoagy. Ordered delivery at 7:20. It is now 9:06 and I still don't have food. It is a slow Saturday but according from manager they only have a few drivers. When order first arrived at 8:50 it did not have the hoagy. The pizza was freezing cold. Their pizzas are gross anyways. Idk why I ordered. Manager remaking order. I'm over it

Pros: my order is almost always right, food is great, delivery driver is always nice. Cons: they don't have salads and their sandwiches are a little skimpy.

They can never get my order right. Ever. The simplest of orders always come out wrong. It's the cheapest pizza around.. But there are lots of other options to choose from. Never ordering from here again.

The food is usually cooked right, but we're usually missing part of our order when it's delivered. Literally, not exaggerating, the past seven orders we've made were messed up. I mean 0/7? Come on guys, it's right in front of you. Last time we ordered it took an hour, plus an additional hour to get the rest of our order, which was cold. Order somewhere else if you're planning on getting delivery.

Forgot the dipping sauce. Driver just left, I called the location and said it would be a half an hour before he could come back. Offered a free item on my next order at this location but informed her I was only here for the night. Did not offer a credit or any type of compensation. I would say you get what you pay for, but that's not even true. This is the second time I have ordered from Dominoes and they forgot the dipping sauce. My advice don't pay before you check your order is completely correct. Will never order again!
